Who we are

What Scout does
Scout reads public rental listings for Berlin, scores them against your search, alerts you by email or Telegram, takes you to the landlord's form, and writes an application from your details where a letter is taken. Scout is not a broker. Scout sends nothing in your name and cannot promise a flat.
Free and paid
Free, you see how many flats fit, with score, area and rooms. Paid, you get the listing, its link and the application.
Price and renewal
29 € a month. That is the whole price. The subscription starts when you pay and renews automatically every month on the same day, until you cancel. The payment method you paid with is charged every month.
Cancelling
Any time, without a reason: in the app under My account, without logging in at help.usehomeport.com/scout/cancel, or by email. The subscription then runs to the end of the month you paid for and is not charged again. The confirmation comes by email at once.
Money back
Within 14 days of your first payment you get it back in full, for any reason. One email is enough.
Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. Write to hello@usehomeport.com. We pay back within 14 days of your message, by the same means of payment.
Your data
How we handle your data is written at usehomeport.com/privacy. You can delete your account yourself under My account.
Changes
If the price or these terms change, we write to you by email at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the change applies.
Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the protections of the country you live in stay yours.
